CUSTOM COMMISSION INQUIRY FORM
Use this form to start the process of ordering a commission piece.  Here's how:

1. Send me your contact information in this form
2. We will discuss your preferences for canvas size, number of subjects, background style, and when you need the painting.
3. Send me the photos electronically that you want to use for the painting
4. I will evaluate the photos and let you know which are more suitable for a painting, discuss with you the arrangement of the composition, and any other details for customization.  In some cases, I may request additional photos.
5. Based on the choices made above, I will quote a price for the painting
6. I begin work on the painting after you are happy with the composition and upon receipt of 50% down payment.
7. When the painting is completed, you will be able to see the finished product.  The painting will be shipped to you upon receipt of the balance of the quoted price.
